Son's Mother's Motion to Dismiss Final Judgment

Below is the exact email I received on February 18th, 2008.
Note it is dated the 22nd.
Note it is a motion to dismiss a final Judgment.
Note that nowhere does it even mention default, lifting a default, or anything remotely close to default
nor is there any affidavit hidden in small print.
This is what the Superior Court just ruled it is "treating" like a motion to strike a default.

Nobody has the fun that I have.
Gee, is that evidence of defamation and libel I see down there?

DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS FINAL JUDGEMENT

   NOW COMES (XXXXX) (f.m.a (XXXXX)), Defendant in the above matter, and hereby moves this
Honorable Court to enter an Order dismiss this matter with prejudice and in support thereof states as
follows:

Plaintiff’s Complaint is a ruse to attempt to re-litigate his divorce and custody proceedings jurisdiction
that already exist in the Northern District Court of Carroll County, which he has taken full opportunity of
during the past five years.
Plaintiff received his due process to be heard in the divorce and custody action. Unhappy with the
results, he is attempting to re-litigate the same in Superior Court.
It is evident this lawsuit is just another attempt by the Plaintiff to harass the Defendant and punish her
for leaving him and has no basis in law or fact, and for the reasons set forth above, should be
dismissed with prejudice.
Plaintiff needs to seek immediate treatment for his mental disorders and be aware of a petition of
Termination of Parental Rights is forthcoming.
   WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request this Honorable Court enter and Order:

Dismissing Plaintiff’s Complaint with prejudice; or
Schedule a hearing on this Motion; and
For other such relief as the Court deems right and just.
